For years, I’ve been passionate about helping others create clarity and reclaim their time. From working as an HR professional to running my own handmade decor business, I’ve experienced the challenges small business owners face firsthand. This journey has taught me how to streamline workflows and build systems that reduce overwhelm—skills I now use to help my clients thrive.
After seven years of managing my Etsy and Shopify shop, I discovered my true passion—creating efficient systems that allowed me to focus on what I loved most. Seeing how transformative these strategies were, I realized other small business owners needed the same kind of support. That’s when Kelsey’s Creative Solutions was born: to help entrepreneurs reclaim their time and experience the freedom of knowing the details are handled.
When I’m not organizing workflows or checking off to-do lists, I’m likely enjoying a Coke ICEE or hanging out with my Great Dane, Indy. I believe business and life should feel balanced and fulfilling, and I carry this belief into every client partnership. My mission is simple: to make your life easier so you can focus on the work and moments that light you up.

What’s your go-to drink?
A Coke ICEE, always! It’s my ultimate treat and a must-have during work breaks.
Any hidden talents?
Making to-do lists! I’ve perfected the art of turning chaos into organized tasks, and I genuinely love crossing things off a list.
Favorite way to unwind?
Cuddling on the couch with my husband and our Great Dane watching a competition show or anything on the food network. Extra points if there’s a bowl of ice cream.
Are you a pet person?
Absolutely! I have a Great Dane, Indy, who’s the perfect work buddy. She keeps me company through all the late-night project sessions.
What did you do before becoming a Virtual Assistant?
I spent seven years running a handmade decor business on Etsy and Shopify, so I know all about the ups and downs of small business life. In addition, I work in an HR department for a Future 500 company as a business partner, balancing people, projects, paperwork.
Why did you choose this path?
I love using my talents to help other business owners get organized and feel more at ease, so they can focus on what they love most. The admin side of

My husband and I got married in Las Vegas in 2023. We love to go back at least once a year if we can!
